The Accounts Department is an important and integral part of the University administration. The department manages all financial activities of the University, including collection of student fees, processing and scrutiny of bills related to purchase, examinations, practicals and other university activities. After proper verification, payments are released in accordance with University rules and regulations.

The department is also responsible for preparation of annual accounts, balance sheets, audit compliance, budget preparation, income tax and TDS matters, finance committee meetings and maintenance of financial records. These services ensure transparency, accountability and effective financial management throughout the University.

Most financial operations are performed through the University's integrated software system, enabling efficient, transparent and paperless processing of financial transactions.
